Our philosophy

Villa Magalean is a large Basque-style villa built in the 1950s and renovated by passionate owners helped by architects and interior decorators. The work was done with the objective to offer to our guests the best of Spanish, French, and European hospitality. 

This intimate boutique hotel provides ultimate personalised service to make your stay memorable, a luxurious sort of pampering. The experienced, professional hotel team is trained to meet the demands of guests and provide the best of two worlds: the comfort of home and the services of a great hotel. A discreet luxury.

Our name is inspired by “magal” in Euskara—lap, shelter. That’s the spirit of the house: the warmth of a grand family home, refined amenities, service excellence, well-being, and comfort.
