Special Truffle & Wine Tasting Dinner

On February10, 2023, our Chef Markel Ramiro proposes a complete variation of this "black diamond" in an exceptional dinner, enhanced by the food and wine pairings offered by Château Haut-Blanville. Château Blanville is 40 hectares of organically grown vines in the Grès de Montpellier appellation.

In the manner of the Burgundian "Climats", the approach of the property is to highlight the diversity and exceptional quality of the Languedoc terroirs. The red (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre) and white (Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne) grape varieties are typical of the Rhône Valley and the Mediterranean coast. Each of the wines tasted during this dinner will reflect the best balance between terroir and grape variety, revealed by the work of the winemaker and the patience of time. Bernard and Béatrice Nivollet, the creators and owners of Château Haut-Blanville, have chosen the wines for this tasting and will accompany us during this dinner.
